Before You Arrive for your scan
We will contact you as part of our pre-consultation screening process 1-2 days leading up to your appointment either by phone or SMS. There will be a short questionnaire to check that you are COVID-safe and able to come in for your scan with a link for you to "confirm" plus information regarding proof of vaccination. In Vic, NSW and ACT, you’ll need proof of vaccination ready. There’ll be QR codes in all our clinics to make the process easier for you.
On the Day of Your Scan
There’ll be a temperature check. You’ll also need to wash your hands prior to the commencement of your consultation. All our staff are trained and equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including medical grade face masks, disposable gloves and hand sanitiser. There is a thorough clean between appointments and deep cleaning is once a week. Equipment is sterilised with new scanning heads for every customer.
Before you arrive, please hydrate and brush your teeth. If appropriate, please consider wearing a face mask on your journey to protect yourself and the community.
If you have come into contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19, or are experiencing flu-like symptoms (such as coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath or fever), please delay booking an appointment for a minimum of 14 days.
